Statement of warranty
EverJade Bamboo Flooring Warrants for a lifetime to the original
purchaser its bamboo flooring to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for residential use, 10 years for commercial
application if the flooring has been installed in accordance
with specification guidance and the installation instruction
furnished for the product. This warranty covers the following:
Pre-Installation Warranty: Installer should inspect each EverJade Bamboo plank for quality,
color and finish before installation. If not 100% satisfied,
you just return the uncut plank to your dealer. EverJade will
replace it at no cost (material only). EverJade and its distributor
will not take responsibility for complain about any quality
and color variation of EverJade Bamboo flooring after installation,
except for the cases described in pre-finish and lifetime structural
warranty.
Pre-Finish Warranty: EverJade Bamboo warrants that EverJade pre-finished surface
of lacquer will not wear through under normal residential traffic
condition for full 20 years(10 years for commercial use), from
the date of original purchase. EverJade will replace any defective
planks (material only) if pre-finished surface wear through
in the warranty period.
Lifetime Structural Warranty: EverJade will replace an defective planks caused by separation
of laminated boards, unsightly cupping of planks, bucking due
to expansion and warping of boards at no cost (materials only)
for as long as you own the home (commercial-10 year).
Caution: Bamboo
flooring are manufactured in accordance with accepted industry
standards, which permit defect tolerance, which should not exceed
5%. You accept the products as it is when you complete installation
except for structure lamination problem, because Bamboo is a
natural fiber, variations in color naturally occur. Each box
should be inspected for difference in color and staggered throughout
the flooring.
Exclusions from Coverage: This warranty is valid only if the owner can provide an original
proof of purchase and is the original owner of the flooring.
EverJade bamboo flooring cannot guarantee abuse, pets, indentations,
scratches, or insufficient protection on furniture, failure
to follow all the manufacturer specific written installation
instruction, improper maintenance, or improper alterations of
original manufactured product. It is important to maintain a
stable relative humidity rate between 40% and 45% in the home.
Limitations: Unless
otherwise precluded by the law in your state the above warranties
are the complete warranties offered by EverJade and are in place
of all other express and /or statutory warranties including
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose and EverJade does not assume the liability
for incidental or consequential damage.
